Is access capable of addressing the three questions below?
1. Will it sustain a mechanism for electronic signature that complies with
federal regulations—specifically can multiple electronic signatures be added
or used within the same record? (i.e. the database will be used in a hospital
setting)
2. Will the database able to track who logged in and when as well as if the
person either viewed various forms only and/or made changes the forms?
3. Can access control data integrity? (e.g. prevent any deletions, provide
permitted amendments with clear dating and timing of change?)
