Data source name not found and no default driver specified

I moved a database to another server and after updating the ODBC DSN
to point to the new server I get the error: Data source name not
found and no default driver specified. If I change the DSN back to
the old server and put the old database back online, everything is
fine. Change it back to the new server and I get the error.

If I create a new worksheet and reference the data, it works fine.

Any help from this group greatly appreciated!
