There might already be an Outlook field with this name. The way to tell is to go to the Business Contacts folder in the Main
Outlook window. Then, from the menu select "View | Current View | Customize Current View...". Now click the "Fields" button.
Review the list of available fields and select "All Contact Fields" from the "available fields" drop-down list at the bottom of the
dialog. If you find the field already exists, you'll have to give it a slightly different name.

Thank you for the help. When I do this I do not have any duplicates..I did
create a new database and that seamed to work.
Now I cant get my email marketing to work as it states failure to connect
please try later. Can you advise on this?

Please check each of the form and see if you got duplicate fields somehow.
If there are, than you might want to rename one of them.
