Is the column for which this is the criteria a Boolean (Yes/No) column? Are
the OwnerLast and [Last Name] fields of the same data type?
Alternatively, it might be Null values in the OwnerLast or [Last Name]
fields. Try NZ([zip1]![OwnerLast], "") = NZ([agt1]![Last Name], "")
(The above example assumes that OwnerLast and [Last Name] are both text
fields.)
