Data Validation Arrow Color

I am trying to find how to change the color on the data validation
indicator--grey box with arrow--that appears when you land on those cell.
I want to make it more noticeable. Grey blends in too much.

What Dave said will help, also you can move the input message to another area
of the screen so perhaps move it over a cell that has more contrast with grey
and it will be more noticable when it shows up.
