Data Validation Input Message Format

Good Evening All

With Data Validation, and having an 'Input Message',
is it possible to format this message, and resize the message pane?

Help awaly greatfully received.

The font size in the list can't be changed.
You can make the font appear larger if you increase the zoom setting
(manually, or through code).
