data validation list form sheet

I have the list on sheet to.
When use data validation it will not let me
selct sheet 2.
I have tried to input
='SHEET',a1:a20

does not work
Plesae advise

Name the list on the sheet 2, then you'll be able to use it for the data
validation list. There are instructions here:
