Data Validation List

I'm still having problems with the above subject. There
are three worksheets in my workbook. I have a different
validation list on each page. The two pages work;
however, I'm trying to create a differnt data validation
list on the third page, the same way I created the other
two. The list does not work, any suggestions?

In some versions of Excel, if the cell with data validation is in a
frozen part of the window, the dropdown list doesn't work.
