Hi...I am trying to store a list in a seperate worksheet and the
reference it on my other worksheets. When I go to data validation an
try to do this, i get the message "you may not reference anothe
worksheet or workbook for data validation." My cpu at home has exce
2003, this one has 2002. Any ideas or workarounds? Thank

Hi

Try the following:
- select your list
- create a defined name for this list ('Insert - Name Define')
- use this name in your data validation formula. e.g.
=Name_list
