When I use data validation to create a pick list in Excel,
I can not read the list of option in the pick box. The
list is so small. I have changed the fonts in both the
pick bax as well as the data table but the pick list still
remains small.

Change your zoom to 100%

You can't change the font size for a Data Validation dropdown list.
However, you can use programming to adjust the zoom setting when the
cell is selected. There's some sample code on my web site:
