How do you edit and/or delete validations? I would like to add more cells to
a current validated list.
I also would like to get rid of a validated list altogether
Can anyone please help

You can open it and select clear all to get rid of it, I would recommend
using a dynamic list if you add items

then refer to the named list in under allow>list
