Data > XML Command Missing

I need to use a Command from the Menu Bar which I cannot find.

Data > XML

Using Office/Excel 2003. Help!

XML functionality is only available in Excel installations from Office Pro
2003 or stand-alone retail Excel 2003 software. I suspect you have another
version
