I need this file, does anyone have this file or know where I can get it.

Hi Bernie,

Different flavors of a file named Data1.msi are on
CD#1 of every MS Office 2000 series family product.
They're not interchangeable.

If you're being asked by the MS Installer for it
look in that dialog box for the 'use feature from'
title of the CD it needs and insert the CD at that point.

Office 2000 series CD replacements are generally no
longer avaiable from MS.
