I have a problem where when I open my Outlook Express, and there is an
attachment, the windows installer attempts to load. It attempts to locate
the file data1Pro.msi file. I can do a search and find the file, but the
installer can not access this file to complete the load process. It asks for
me to use the CD to access this file, but stil it can not complete the load.
I found a message here, that directed to upload a file to complete this
download without using the CD but my system does not recognize it. The file
was located at

I am not aware that there is anything wrong with my CD, but I can't figure
out how to correct this problem which is basically a nusiance, without
purchasing a new Office program. Can anyone help? I attempted to load this
with the system that indicated I could do it without the CD but even that,
came back asking for the CD. Your help is appreciated.
