Database audit trail

Hi,

Is there a way to have Audit trail on a database level in MS Access, versus
transaction/and application level? For example I would like to know how
opened the actual mdb.file, when was is last modified/saved and by whom...

There is no built-in functionality, you have to create it yourself. Google
for "Allen Browne", he has an audit trail example on his web site.
