database conversion access 97 to 2002

Anyone have step by step instructions to convert a
database from Access 97 to 2002 (XP)? I have Access 2002
now but the database is still in 97 file format. I need
to convert it, then copy it to a server share for my
group to access.

1. Turn on A2002.
2. Open the A97 database.
3. You will be asked to convert it.
4. Click OK.

You may want to be sure the A97 is properly compiled prior to converting.
