The error typically indicates that duplicate assignments exist in the
database. The quickest way to eliminate these is to save the project as an
mpp file, delete the project from Project Server, Import the saved project
back into Project Server and republish the assignmnets. If you're using
managed time periods, you'll need to turn this off during this process.
