DATABASE HTTP LINK RESULTS

Need Help,

In FP, when I query a database for results, one of the
fields is designed to show links to other Web sites. The
information appearing on the result's cell looks
like "http://website.com", etc.

I would like to know if the results can be generically
displayed with a term like "Go To", or "Visit" instead of
the http address butg still maintain the link to the new
site, so when I click the word "Go To", it will goto the
http site.

Any help, or direction will be appreciated.
