Database management with remote users

I have built Access database that I am now ready to distribute to remote
users throughtout North America. For several reasons it is not pratical (yet)
to force these users to conect to the network every time they need to use the
database. They need to work off line like +/- 30 independent contractors.

1) How can I send query, form or report updates to all these users while
leaving their data tables untouched?

2) Several times a year I will want to get a copy of everyone's data tables
for analysis. Is there an easy/reliable way to import these +/-30 separate
tables into a single database at the home office?

3) Is there a replication process which could be used to pull data from the
remote users and push updates to them? Or am I just asking for trouble?

4) I really have no idea what I'm doing, are the any more fundamental issues
I should be concerned about?
