Database Question

I have worked on Simply Accounting and Office that have been on the same
computer and have never had this problem. When I open ANY office program a
window pops up that states: Simply Accounting Smart Tag Login" then shows the
username for simply. Is there any way to stop this window from opening. I
never use it and just hit escape, then have to reopen the document i was
opening from the office file menu. I have searched but really know nothing
about working with databases or transfering data from one program to another.
