Creating a database in excel for mailing labels.
Fieldnames: Title (Mr. & Mrs.), Fname (John), Lname
(Jones), Add, City, etc.
Is there a way to handle married people who want to be
addressed as:
Ms. Sally Smith and Mr. John Doe
Is there an alternative field to be set up?
Can't figure it out unless it's just a code field and
then a manual change.
Thanks if there is an easy solution.
