Database Results Dropdown Imbedded in Other Database Results form

I am attempting to create a form that will update

infomation in a database. The original entry form uses
several dropdown fields which are each database results to
populate the dropdown dynamically.

My problem stems when I try to create an update page for

existing records in the database. I can retrieve the
information and place it on the page for update in text
boxes using a database results wizard. However, I can't
imbed additional database results to populate the
dropdowns dynamically and display the original database
field information.

Can anyone point me at a way to accomplish this?
