Database security

I did create a database and was working on setting up the security level, i
think i got messed on and now i can't open the database at all. I get this
msg

"You do not have the necessary permissions to use the <name> object. Have
your system administrator or the person who created this object establish the
appropriate permissions for you. (Error 3033)"

Can i have some help on getting this fixed.
