database?

I made a web site for a relative of mine. I have to update it manually once
a week. Each week I create about 3 new html-files with mainly text, replace
2 files with different text, and add text to 2 files.
I was wondering how I could make this process easier so that my relative
could do these weekly updates himself. Maybe he could just enter the new
text into a form or a template or something so that it is automatically
published to his web site.
I've heard databases make this possible, but I haven't got a clue how to
realize those so that they do exactly what I want.
I use FP 2000 (maybe I should update to 2003?) and my web host supports ASP
(and the FP server extensions of course).
Suggestions, anyone?

You can use FrontPage's DRW and forms to make content
management pages that updatable in the browser. The idea
is to make a form, password protect it. Have the form post
to a database. Then using the DRW display the database
results on the page. Here is a link to an example:
