Database

I have a access database i created I added it to my website then I used the
Database Interface wizard, I conected to the database and created the form.
database editor, submission form. I added a button to the the webpage and
pointed it at the open form submission Uploaded the site when I click on the
button I get a page not found error. I verified that I have ASP server
extension allowed am I missing something as to why this page wont load
