i need to create something that i can track employees by the trainings they
take- i do not need any personal information on them. I just need to be able
to tell who took various trainings and when plus all the trainings a specific
person has taken. what is the most efficient way to do this?

We use Excel and Access. The Excel on works fine for exactly what you are
asking.

We have columns for:
Name - Badge number - Training 1 - Training 2 - etc

We use dates in the training columns so we can filter out who took it or who
didn't. You could also filer out by the name to see what they have/have not
taken.
