Datasheet column headings

I'm displaying a sub-form as a datasheet and would like to increase the
column heading row height so I can enter the headings as multi-line text. Is
this possible?

I meant to add use a form in Continuous view. You can make it look
very similar to a Datasheet view, and then you can make the label that
serves as column caption as tall as you like.
