datatype mismatch - compare text to integer

Dim iJobID As Integer

rstJobList.FindFirst "JobID = " & iJobID

JobID (in rstJobList) is a Text field.
Hate all this quotation marks thing - it always gets me muddled up - any
help would be much appreicated!
