Date and time on emails is in a strange language

I am using Entourage 2004 and I can't figure out how to change the language of the date and time on emails. Right now the date and time that shows when the email was sent is in a language I cant understand. It looks like this "pondělí 4. únor 2008 12:17".

I read from Entourage help that Entourage uses the same settings on dates and time that my mac. Well the language for date and time on my Mac is Estonian and Entourage is not using that language. Can anyone help me with this problem?
