i need a formular which calculates always the date of the last saturday.
If anyone has a good advice, pls let me know?

try this

=A1-CHOOSE(WEEKDAY(A1),1,2,3,4,5,6,7)

With any date in A1:

=A1-WEEKDAY(A1)

or, relative to today:

=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY())
