I have a problem that may require several steps to resolve. I have a series
of nineteenth century dates in dd/mm/yyyy format, (e.g. 23/04/1857) that I
want to convert to serial numbers and perform some calculations with. I
just can't seem to resolve this.
Any help greatly appreciated.
