Date Drop down list minus quarter

My form has two drop down list that selects a Beginning Quarter Date and an
Ending Quarter Date from the same table. The Ending Quater date only shows
dates that are after the Beginning Quater Date.

How can I get the Ending Quater Date to show (Ending Quater Date - One year)?
