Date Format in Email

Hi,

I am using Project server and have set-up the OS on the server to use
UK times and dates. when anyone receives emails from the server the
dates are in US format which is rather confusing. Anyone have any
ideas on how to changes this.

I am using SQL 2000 and Windows 2000 all desktops are Windows XP using
UK settings.
