Date Format in MSP

Here's a stumper for me...

I have a colleague who is supporting another client in a different state.
In their version of MS Project Pro, they cannot get the date format to appear
as mm/dd/yy. Their versions only contain dd/mm/yy (and variations of that).


When I go to Tools/Options/View Tab/ Date format, I can see the one they
want - yet they cannot?!?!

Anyone have any idea why this is happening or what we can do to change their
configuration?

Project Pro uses the date format set up in Regional Settings. For some
reason your colleague's PC probably has its location set up to be somewhere
in the world other than north America! Get to regional settings via the
Control Panel and reset it to USA
