date format in PWA

Could anyone help me in changing dateformat in PWA. Currently in mm/dd/yyyy.
Can we do dd/mm/yyyy or Date Month Year? I am using MSP 2003

Go to your PWA home page and look towards the top right-hand corner, there
should be a tab called Site Actions, click that and then click Site Settings.
From there you can can select Regional Settings from the Site Administration
list and change yor values there.

You probably want to change the Locale from English (US) to English (UK)

No I am not able to find any site action! Can you help me why I am not
getting that option now!
