I set my day format in Windows XP> Control Panel> Regional Settings...>
Customize> Date I set it to MM/DD/YY from MM/DD/YYYY.
When i open Outlook, It sets it back to MM/DD/YYYY
I have another program i use in my office that only works with 2-digit year
and every tim i have to go back to the control panel to sset the date format
back to MM/DD/YY
Why is Outlook changing the format and how can i turn it off so it does not
change the format? I have Two other computers and i do not have this problem
on them.
please advise
