Date formula

If F1 has a hire date, how would you write the formula to show the number of
years, months, and days in F2, something like today()-F1 or now()-F1. I can't
get it to show the total years, months and days.

=DATEDIF(F1,TODAY(),"Y")&" Years, "&DATEDIF(F1,TODAY(),"YM")&" Months,
"&DATEDIF(F1,TODAY(),"MD")&" Days"
