Date() reference problem when copying .MDB to another identical PC

MS-ACCESS 2002 (10.2616.2625) on two seperate computers running same version
of WINXP Pro and ACCESS. On computer ONE Date()within a query works ok on
another the reference is missing or command is invalid. I have checked the
reference libraries in VB and they all exist. I have re-installed ACCESS on
the SECOND computer and the problem still exists. However, if I create a new
DB and import all the objects it works but I loose ALL my TOOLBARS.
Any suggestions on why this happening please or how I get my DATE() function
back ? or copy toolbars between two .MDB databases.

Many thanks
Robert

If you click the Options button on the import dialog, there's an option to
import menus and toolbars.
