Date stamp

Hello,
I'd like a field for date stamp to indicate when a record
was first entered into a table.

In your table's design view, click on your DateStamp field. Then, look in
the lower left corner of the screen for the Properties. Go to the Default
Value property and enter the following: Date()

Save and close your table and you should be "good to go".
