date & time are combined need partial date to filter with query

I am trying to filter multiple tables with a query using a date that is in a
field combined with the time. I need to be able to use criteria to filter
out the appropriate date and not the time. I have used all types of
combinations using the wildcard characters and the "Like" operator.

DateValue() should extract just the date part of the field.
