Date/Time Pick on Form

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me.
I am using the time/date pick on a form to insert the date into the database.

But, it also brings in the time current time.
How do I set it up so that only the date you pick comes into the DB?

I wanted to try and keep the date/time pick since it looks good.

Any help appreciated,
