Date & Time Picker Control 6.0 (SP4)

I am trying tos use this tool from the toolbox and 2
issues arise:

1) How can I get hold of the help file - cmctl298.chm

2) I have (so far) a total of 13 of these controls. If I
limit it to 12 then the form works. However when I add
the 13th control I get the following error message:

"An error occurred in a call to the Windows Date and Time
Picker control"

Is there a limit of 12 controls? If so any ideas as to
what other tool I might use as I have to have 13 dates
and the user might request another - who knows?

I'm having the same problem.. looking it up on google I got a few pointers..
haven't tried it with much success, yet.

Some say if the controls are invisible/hidden while the controls are loaded
you will get this error.. is your 13th control hidden (e.g. on a tab behind
other tabs?)

DT Picker is buggy. I reported this during Access 2003 beta and it was
handed off to another group for fixing. Don't know current status.
