I would like to break up the month into 4 week periods
hence the formula will look at A1 which is the 1st of the
Month. B2 will have Mon C2 will have Tue D2 will have Wed
E2 will have Thu and F2 will have Fri. I would like the
formula in this case been April 1 which falls on the Thu
to put in Cell E1 1-Apr, then in the second week on the
Monday to put in the date ie looking at (Mon)which is B10
the cell above in this case will be B9, then for the third
which is B18 the cell above in this case will be B17 and
fourth week which is B26 the cell above in this case will
be B25.
