Please forgive my lack of technical knowledge. I have researched my issue
and found several complicated (for me) ways to approach it but can't figure
it out as I have very limited knowledge of coding. This -
http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2005/01/25/360318.aspx - is the
closest answer to my question but I do not want to use a button with a static
intiger to launch the event and want to set the end date based on the
duration (this solution is quite opposite and sets a duration based on date
2).
(Group): Tbl_violations (fields): DateofOccurance, Duration,
EndDateofOccurance .
On the after update event of Duration I want to set the EndDateofOccurance
to DateofOccurance+Duration (days).
It seemed like such an easy task until I found that such new non-technical &
user-friendly formula isn't available until the 2007 release
