Datestamp colour in discussion board

my discussion board is at http://www.domichan.co.uk/discussion/
unfortunately the datestamp on postings is black which is pretty much
unreadable with the theme i'm using. Is there any way to change it? I'd also
like to change the "title" colour of the posting as well.

Modify your theme colors (add colors for dt & dl)
- the posts are dynamically created by the server so all coloring must come from the theme)
