For the availability of guided tours i need to check if a given date is
between day/month 1 and day/month 2 regardless of the year.
i know the manual by heart right now but somehow could not figure out
how to check if september 2nd is between august 1st and february 15....
whatever function, i always needed the year...???? or am i overlooking
something obvious?
