dawoing toolbar in a pivot chart

Hi, as in excel i'd like to draw some lines but on a pivot chart but, i can't
see any drawing toolbar, i managed tho find the toolbox toobar but all icons
are gray, can someone help?
while we are at it, can i ass like a pop up remarks like the excel comments?
