Daylight Savings Time patch didn't work, it states there are no problems.

I installed all of the patches from this Microsoft link already

This issue for my work here is only affecting the calander in mid MARCH and
early APRIL only. For example, USER1 sends an invite for meeting at 2pm.
USER2 recieves the invite as 3pm.

I'm trying to avoid manually changing everyone's meetings, but I think I may
have to do that. I support about 50+ users.

This indicates you haven't installed the time zone update on one of the
computers. Because it's 'spring ahead' in March now and it used to be in
early April it looks like User 1 does not have the new definitions - user
2's system is adjusting it for the new TZ.
