db1_Damaged

When I do a compact and repair I end up with a db1_Damaged.mdb file, and my
original .mdb is missing some tables. What is this db1_Damaged.mdb, and how
can I stop this from happening.

I appears as though your database is corrupt. Start by making several copies
of the file before you do anything else. Next you'll want to try Jetcomp.exe
on one of the copies:

Try creating a new database and importing all the queries
forms ..... from your original
