dbb file import

I have a .dbb file as a result of a PIM backup of a Handheld HPC Jornada.
How do I import all tasks and contacts contained into Ms Outlook 2002 ?

Doesn't the Jornada use ActiveSync? If yes, just synch your items using
Activesync. Ensure it it installed on your PC - it can be found here:

I don't know of any tools that will read those files, other than the backup
that originally created them.
